This was my second time servicing my vehicle at Ed Voyles Honda, and the service remains consistent: genuine, reliable and transparent. Shannon, my service rep, did a beautiful job staying in contact with me regarding any/all updates to my vehicle. When we (my girlfriend and I) went to pick up my vehicle around closing time, although checkout went past Ed Voyles Honda'a business hours, not once did Shannon try to hurry up the transaction and rush us out the door.
