Overall the dealership performed well. I do think that the required four month financing plan should be communicated earlier than an hour before picking up the vehicle. I spoke with the sales team the day before vehicle pick up and asked for the total sales amount remaining because I told them I would be there the following day with a check for the balance. I was then called an hour before my appt to receive the car and told I could not pay with a check.
No pressure! Very personable and knowledgeable! Easy process from start to finish. So happy with my new ride.
