We visited the dealership on a Saturday afternoon knowing we would be looking for a new car over the next several months. Marty in sales greeted the 3 of us and immediately made us feel comfortable--his pleasant mannerism (charm) and helpfulnes were key. Cleanliness of showroom (including rest rooms) and outside area made a favorable impression on us as well. Several years ago I purchased a jeep wrangler from Petrick Vaughn.I was very pleased with his professionalism , and the way he handled my purchase of the vehicle. I was even happier with the purchase of a 2008 Oddssey. My wife is under going treatment for cancer so we needed van to transport her easily. I requested dealerrater.com delete my review of 4/29/11. We stand by our original review in Februrary. Patrick followed up with us when he rec'd our concerns. Our original request was not forwarded to him, and when it was...he contacted us right away. Thanks Patrick!!

I had a great experience with the Ed Voyles Pre-Owned dealership. I came in on a Sunday afternoon, test drove a few Honda Accords on the lot, and managed to find a great deal on a 2009 model. Patrick was extremely friendly, attentive, and actually listened to what I wanted. He didn't try to push any unnecessary options or a more expensive model on me at any time after I expressed my criteria for the car I wanted. It was refreshing, actually. As being a new fresh graduate and buying a reliable car, Ed Voyles Honda is a great place to buy the car. I looked at some inventory online and went there and asked for the internet sales specialist, Patrkick Vaughn, a great sales person will help you in every aspect, friendly and listens to the customer's needs and requirements. Patrick was very helpful in making sure my experience was satisfactory. The car I bought seemed to not have any viewable problems. The day after I bought it, the check engine light came on. I called Patrick, he told me to bring it in and they would resolve the problem or find another car that met my expectations. They ended up repairing the issue and I would recommend Patrick and Ed Voyles to a friend.

For someone who hates going to dealerships to buy a car, Patrick and the Ed Voyles team have changed my mind forever. From the time my fiancee and I were greeted by Patrick until we drove our 2004 Ford Explorer home, we both felt pressured and comfortable with the car buying experience. Patrick was always very honest and straight forward with us and had extensive knowledge of every car we looked at. I would recommend this place, and Patrick, to friends and family. Definitely going back for my next car.

WOW ! We had a great experience at Ed Voyles this past Thursday evening. Through the decades of purchasing vehicles, this experience was by far the best. We saw the internet ad for the 2006 Honda Odyssey. Patrick was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. Found Ed Voyles on the internet. I looked at several cars and liked that there were many pictures to look at. I called Patrick Vaughn and he answered my questions about the car. I was told the car was to be sold the next but I could purchase it if I came to the dealership first. When I arrived I drove the car and decided to buy it.
