It was just taking care of a mandatory recall
At first they were slow to acknowledge me, but once they did they were respectful and kept me up to date on what was going on with my car.
All of the staff are friendly and caring regardless if they were not taking care of you. Carmen is the sweetest she makes me feel like I'm not forgotten.
