My service advisor, Marvin, was polite, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. (I had at least 4 different services.) My vehicle was ready (and washed) at the time promised. Having recently been at a Nissan dealership for service on my wife's car, my experience at Ed Voyles Honda far exceeded that had in the Nissan service department down the street. EV Honda takes care of their customers.

I had an appointment for an oil change and I asked them to see how many miles were eft on my back brakes. They had me out of there in less than an hour. Great service.

Marvin is great at Ed voyles. He's always quick to help when I have questions and is up on what my cars service needs are. If there are multiple items to be done and I can't do them all at once he's also good to make notes in my file so that we don't overlook something in the future. Everyone there is great. From service technicians, reception, and billing. All very helpful.
