I have a 2006 Civic, which is out of warranty but has very low miles (about 34k). I'm very happy with the car, but the sun visor broke the other day & wouldn't stay up. I looked on-line & found many complaints about this problem. I went to Ed Voyles Honda, as I had used them in the past. I was expecting a fight to see if they would fix this under warranty. I took my 2003 Accord in sor routine service the other day. I was a big service, as I had not been in for awhile &b I knew I needed quite a bit of work. The bill was about $600.00, which I expected. When I got home, There was a coupon in the mail for 10% off my next visit. I called the dealership & was transferred to the Assistanut vc. Mgr., Mr. Cary Sweet. I had to leave a message. David & Greg explained things well. David warned about potential problems & additional costs when I explained what my non-mechanic friend thought I needed repaired. They've reliably fixed my cars for over fifteen years. I realized the prices were similar of better than non-dealers so kept coming back for their experience. I keep referring friends that grumble about paying more for brakes than I do. Having the shuttle service makes it easy to go from work, too.

Buying a new car can be full of excitement and uncertainties. However, Thomas Hellhoff made this experience one to remember forever. Buying a new car after driving my old one for fifteen years could have been a traumatic experience. But it wasn't! Linda Strickland made writing that check almost pleasant. The attentiveness to detail was excellent. The dealership was a professional place of business and extremely clean. All sales personnel were friendly

My rating is based on having bought two vehicles from the dealership (an Odyssey in May 2009, and an Accord on July 29, 2010), on service work done on my new 2009 Odyssey, and service work done when I have brought my son's Accord or Odyssey in for service over the past few years. Everything went smooth and efficient. Linda is the best and this is the third car I have bought from her, and been overly satisfied all three times, and I would buy more cars from her in the future. The guys who handled my trade in were also great. They got me a great trade in price and the finance guy was also very efficient. Overall grade...A+

I bought a Honda Civic last weekend from Marty. So far I love the car and my experience working with Marty was great. I had researched KBB and NADA websites before buying my car and the cost and trade in on my car were right in line with these sites. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership and Marty.

Have purchased several cars from Don Marlowe over the years. He tipifies the quality of the dealership, always friendly, helpful and on target for price the first time around. Makes buying a car a more than pleasant experience. I have sent friends to Don knowing they will have a good time buying a car.
