Had to return to the dealership because the technician did not reinstall the drivers side key lock properly during the previous visit. It was corrected on this visit.
My visit went well. Shannon Price was able to work with 3rd party to cover some of the parts and funds. It was much appreciated and a money saver.

Went for my first car service and was treated with awesome customer service. My service tech even took time out to show me how to work some things on my car I was having trouble with before I left.
Shop was quite busy and the service advisor and team were able to complete the scheduled and recommended services. The complementary Lyft ride provided by the dealership is a nice, white-glove feature and makes a great customer experience.
It was just taking care of a mandatory recall
At first they were slow to acknowledge me, but once they did they were respectful and kept me up to date on what was going on with my car.
