Professional, polite and partner. This is the sixth (6) Honda I have have bought from Don Marlowe. He is always professional, polite and very cordial. He is an asset to Ed Voyles and Honda Corporation. He is your partner when looking for a vehicle, buying a vehicle and when you take it home. Partner is a better description than salesman for Don.
Excellent Experience Patrick made my first car-buying experience a great one. He helped me save about $1,000 by recommending another Civic with the same year and model as the one I was originally looking at, but had slightly more mileage. He was very knowledgable about the different features in the car, and he had a low-stress style of customer service that didn't make me feel pressured. Above and Beyond the Call of Duty David Clark's exemplary customer service should be replicated by everyone in sales, especially in the used car sales department. He personifies everything that a true professional should be. Mind you, he's not even a sales professional at Ed Voyles Honda; he's in the finance department. Lease buyout I came in to buy out my leased Honda, and David Clark was just the best help to me in every way. Being recently retired and on a fixed income, he really helped me get financing that was perfect for me. Cannot really find the words to really express how grateful I was for his help and patience in explaining things to me. Also Gabriel Fortson helped me initially when I came in and was so nice and helpful. He got me to David.
DON MARLOWE IS THE BEST SALESMAN IN THE SOUTHEAST!! This was my first experience with Don and in the future he will be my first and last stop as long as he is selling Honda products.
