I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Sign out front said were open - oil change - no appointment necessary . Simple. Only 1 car in the check in area. I was then told itd be 2 hours. Unbelievable! And inexcusable! Sure enough - it was 1 hour 50 minutes. Never again.
