As usual service was excellent.
The bad - Got home and car was leaking oil badly. The good- they were very responsive and fixed issue promptly with grace. Sometimes bad things happen but this was a very good example of how to respond.

They really need to either start letting people make appointments or offer loaners or shuttles to a greater distance. I have a 40 min drive to the dealership. Called in advance & was told to just bring the car in. By the time I got there I was told it was a 5-hour wait, would likely need to be kept overnight, and they had no way to offer me a ride home because I live over 15 miles away. Kudos to Evan who was very helpful, but otherwise service felt frustrating & disorganized.

Brought my HR-V for routine oil change as I bought a service package with them when I bought the car (which I regret). They forgot to reset my oil gauge whenI picked it up and they dented my front bumper sending it through the car wash. They gave me a courtesy rental car and upgraded from a civic to a passport because I was moving that week until they fixed my bumper they dented.

The Ed Voyles Service Team are always great folks, offer good advice to get you and your car on the road as soon as possible without over charging your budget with inflated issues and prices. Thier waiting room is pleasant and I am happy they go through the trouble to clean the outside of your car and sanitize it for Covid-19. I have tried other Honda Dealerships in the area, Ed Voyles is the best choice in my opinion.
