I was contemplating purchasing a Ram Pro-master utility van and took it to Ed Voyles to be checked out. They were professional, polite, and took the time to give me a thorough report of the vehicle. I did not end up purchasing, it but I felt like Ed Voyles saved me a huge expense if I had done so without their expertise.

One reason we recently purchased another Honda is because we love and trust our service department advisor. Marvin is thorough, explains what needs to be done, and gives us cost estimates up front. As well as being knowledgable, he is extremely friendly and patient when explaining the issues involved. He cares that the right work gets done, the right way, in the timeframe discussed. The sales representative is good and cooperative. I do have some more expectation from the manager with my deal as I have offered little bit more in the package with other dealership as compare to Ed Voyles Honda. But its still I am ok what I got here.

Easy appointments! Katy, my service consultant is the best! The Lyft Rides that the dealership offers makes getting my car serviced so easy!

The service center staff was friendly, straight-forward, and efficient. I really appreciate them taking the time to rate for me the services my car would need for us to drive safely and what could wait with our budget. In spite of the holidays, our car was repaired quickly and well.
