Service has been very good but I waited 1Hr and 45 min for an oil change. That’s too long it seems to me.
The service center staff was friendly, straight-forward, and efficient. I really appreciate them taking the time to rate for me the services my car would need for us to drive safely and what could wait with our budget. In spite of the holidays, our car was repaired quickly and well.

I left Thornton Honda due to the poor customer service and I was never able to get anyone on the phone when I needed a service. Since I have started coming to Ed Voyles Honda, it has been a breath of fresh air. Very professional, clean waiting room and everyone is very helpful. So glad I found them!
