Excellent service at thieves center

Great employee interaction, nice shuttle driver, and quick service.
Appreciate the shuttle to/from work within 10 mi of dealer, but I waited 20 mins at drop off before anyone attended me. I went to a counter assuming thats where Id be helped but was then told to stand by my car. At pick up they had mistagged my car so it took 30 mins for them to find it. The service manager didnt know the details of my extended warranty which I had to double check after he misinformed me.
I received quick, efficient service at Ed Voyles on a Saturday morning. The service was in line with what I expected, having had previous experience of having my car serviced at this dealership.
