My car was hesitating to crank, I took it in to Marcus at Ed Voyles and as always I received excellent service.
$165 Diagnosis charge is very expensive.. Tried to speak with service agent couple of times, left VM but delayed response.
The service was average. I had the airbag recall repair done and the oil changed. The technician did not put the reminder sticker in the window although he removed the expired one.
Service was outstanding! The mechanic was very thorough in his inspection, and he was very clear in communicating what our options were for fixing what he found. I wouldn't take my Hondas to anyone else.
This service was perform 4/8/17 service was great except the long wait time.
