I was so glad to find them open on Saturday afternoon. They took good care of me. When at the grocery store a man told me that I had something hanging under my car. I drove straight to Ed Voyles and they took care of it right away.

Overall no issues with service. A little miscommunication on timing but they completed ahead of estimated service time of 2 hours.
We did not get a call informing that the service was done. Also inquired about a part before the service and was told one price, but then charged another price when we picked up the vehicle.
Was good and I loved it and will go back.

My advisor was Gregory and he was excellent. However, the so - called car wash is terrible. I assume they run it through a car wash, however, they never dry it, never vacuum so what is the point.
