Worst service department on the planet! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this train wreck, I wish I would have. For starters, they will not look at your vehicle for a minimum of 72 hours after dropping off, but they won't let you keep your vehicle until they're ready to look at it, they want it onsite the first three waiting days. They also do not offer loaners. I had to bring my truck back to them 5 (yes, five) times in 4 weeks for the same problem because they claimed they couldn't replicate my issue. From the experience my friends and family have had here, I DO NOT recommend this dealership. Customer service is very important when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, and the service my friends and family have received is nothing shy of terrible. Custom ordering a vehicle and attempting to give delivery of said vehicle with damage is completely unacceptable. Went in for a oil change was told it would be 1 hour 30 minutes wait time I said that seems a little long the service man said that is normal so I left didn’t try and stop me 👎👎

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We took our truck there after it was stolen and the inside was stripped. Our service advisor was Luis Castillo he is a liar and a slacker and a thief. He charged our insurance company for things they did not do for to our truck there were things in our invoice that they said the insurance denied that they never told our insurance about there were things on our invoice they said customer denied that they never told us about their was work that was not done correctly there were misquoted prices a... read more
Getting anything taken care of here has always seemed to be a problem. We have always had wonderful customer service at Ford of Orange but it's far from us. The service department here has disappointed us numerous times. They told me today that it would take 1-3 days to diagnose a problem with my car when all they have to do is plug it into the computer, with an appointment! And my car is under warranty! This is not service.
I called for a part for my truck , I was put on hold for 15 and then they hang up on me . So I called back and they put me on hold again waited 10 minutes and they couldn't help me with ordering my part so they put me on hold one more time , so I hang up and called sunrise ford they had the part I needed so I took my business else where !
Why would I want to to spend my hard working union money at this place!!!! SHAME ON YOU for not wanting to pay area standards!!! #Dontspendunionmoneyhere #lemons
