Hugh was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the right vehicle for us! He wasn’t pushy and I really appreciated that! I was leary of going to a dealership to purchase a car because of the reputation of most car salesman, but Hugh was great! I strongly recommend asking for him when looking for new vehicles!

I recently purchased a Ford Escape here! The experience was surprisingly great!!! Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable instead of stressful!!! I went in with a preapproval hoping to avoid the price haggling!!! But they got me a way better rate and gave me fair return on my 14 year old trade in!!!

We've been purchasing vehicles from Hemborg Ford since 2002 and they have been great. We found a vehicle at another dealership and Duane Dade had it brought over and ready for us when we got to the dealership. We were able to negotiate the price before we got the dealership, so we were in and out within an hour and a half with a new vehicle.
I made an appointment to have my alarm installed a few weeks after I bought my new car. When I got there at 8:30am they were already busy, but the associate was fantastic and took my car back right away. There was seating both inside and outside while I waited. They even had a little coffee, fruit and donut station for customers, which I thought was very nice. I was in and out with my alarm installed and a car wash in under an hour. Everyone there was very polite and helpful, I had a great experience!
