While I did have to wait a bit to check in, The service advisor Steve Bryars was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They should clone his customer service skills.

We made an appointment to have our Pilot serviced for oil change. We were offered a bunch of checks for about $100 but declined. But, we did asked to have our key - locking system looked at because our keys keep getting locked in the car, & were told we would have to make a separate appointment. If they had time to do all the othe checks needed why wouldnt they have time to look at our keyless entry. 2nd time weve told them there is a problem. Wasnt fixed the last time we brought it in.

Excellent customer service! All employees were friendly and helpful. The service manager kept me informed on status and anything above what was originally agreed on and called me when my vehicle was ready.
