I had a screw in my tire and out of town from my normal dealership. I called the afternoon before got the screw in my tire at 5pm when everything was closing. i said it was under warranty. The man i talked to said if its under warranty to come to the store at 7am and they could take care of it easily. I get there and am told something completely different; they say I have to wait until 8:30 to get a quote from insurance or pay out of pocket. Make sure customer has the correct information!
