Service was great! Gregory was great and detailed about the car.. Even gave me the history record of the vehicle from all the service done. I will return for my next service.

It was great. David was very informative and helpful. Just a side note - it would be nice if there was a "quiet" place somewhere in the waiting room - no tvs. Just an idea.
I love Ed Voyles period! They're always up front regarding the time it will take to complete your service. They complete an all points check and take the time to explain or recommend of necessary.

It was great! They took care of everything I needed.
I bought a new battery from Ed Voyles Honda in 2015 for $130-$150. Battery died in April 2019 so got a new one from them in April 2019 and paid $40 (prorated warranty period). Batter died again on Sept 3rd 2019 and was really expecting/hoping to get a new one for free (since this one died within 5-6 months same year) or a nominal amount. I was quoted more than $50. That didn't sit right me from a customer experience point of view.
