Difficult to get. An appointment but once you get the right phone link everything works very well. Service advisor had to consult with supervisor because my problems were a bit uncommon.( inappropriate low pressure tire alarm and intermittently inaccurate out side gage temps reading) Both were very nice and the problems were solved to my satisfaction.

It was ok, I had a tire changed. They had to remove the spare tired and put a new one, which they did well, but the spare tire was just put back in the trunk without setting it on its base and securing it. I was unaware of that , I trusted that they had done it! The next day, when I opened my trunk, I realized that it was just put back and had to do it myself! I was unhappy about it! In the past, they'd check the tire pressure on all your tired as a courtesy, this time, they didn't!
