Excellent- timely, precise, friendly service
Service personnel were great. Service was completed before the initial promised time.

I did not have an appointment but was promptly taken care of by a very thorough young lady.
The regular 10k service was fine. I had additional questions/issues & was told that they didnt have time to address them because they only scheduled time for an oil change & tire rotation (that took 1 1/2 hrs. to complete). I was told it would take that long when I booked the appointment, but for an oil change & tire rotation I feel it was a bit long. The dealer did have a nice waiting area with coffee to stay while I waited, so I was comfortable. I just wish all my concerns were addressed.
They did what they had to do!
