WOW, negative review after negative review. I wish I read these before we decided to purchase a truck from Hemborg Ford in Norco. Hemborg Ford is a deceiving and lying dealership. My husband and I bought a used truck from them and during the document signing process they asked me to sign a waiver that I didn't want the alarm THEY TOOK out because supposedly I asked them too and if I wanted an alarm it would be $600. I NEVER asked them to first take out an alarm, second $600 for an alarm...REALLY. They finally agreed to put i... read more
The service manager here has no clue about customer service. From the first time they serviced my truck I have had problems from it, to the point Ford Motor Company is buying the truck back from me. I will not deal with Hemborg Ford for anything again!
