WOW, negative review after negative review. I wish I read these before we decided to purchase a truck from Hemborg Ford in Norco. Hemborg Ford is a deceiving and lying dealership. My husband and I bought a used truck from them and during the document signing process they asked me to sign a waiver that I didn't want the alarm THEY TOOK out because supposedly I asked them too and if I wanted an alarm it would be $600. The service manager here has no clue about customer service. From the first time they serviced my truck I have had problems from it, to the point Ford Motor Company is buying the truck back from me. I will not deal with Hemborg Ford for anything again!
If possible I would give 0 stars but it's impossible...went in to get a brand new F150 they had advertised on the paper in the mail...called to make sure it is what it is...called the next day to make sure and was told they had 2 available so I decided to go after work scheduled an appointment with Duane and once there he led us to Agustin (good service from Agustin from the start) he helped us the entire time there...it all came down to the paying process we wanted to pay it off at once not finance...they insisted that we s... read more
Don't buy a car from them the service manager Robert QUINTARRO will not make sure your safety is number one my wheels studs have fractured over 5 times they just keep replacing them and pointing the blame elsewhere like over tightened or bent break pads rather them just replacing the stock rims which are causing the problem
