Not doing the service correctly and efficiently the first time. Have to turn around and go back for resets, etc. Never used to have this problem. Been going to this dealership for almost four years now. I've finally decided to try elsewhere.
The mechanic did a very thorough 5,000 mile checkup and identified one issue. The service advisor kept me updated. The service advisor is very knowledgeable and experienced as well as having the utmost integrity.

Timely service and price was reasonable
Went for oil change and told the person that takes info at desk when you drop car off to add wiper fluid. Saw him write it on paper for mechanics to see. Got my car back no wiper fluid added, oil sticker wasn't placed on my windshield so now I don't know when my next oil change is due.
