I always receive outstanding service at Wotz and Wind Ford. I have been a customer for over 30 years . I trust this dealership to take care of all the vehicles I have purchased. All the employee are happy and they do appear to enjoy working together. Technicians are excellent and Ziggy, Service Adviser is very caring and has always provided outstanding customer service. Professionalism starts from the top down. From the owner taking the time to work with the customers. Jack May the GM takes the time to get to know you. Doug gives above average values on trades. Friendly knowledgeable staff, upfront and not pushy. Definitely the best buying experience I have had. I was told my truck would arrive 3-5 months due to the hybrid supply chain. That was a bummer to hear but 3 months later there is was. Exactly how I wanted. On pick up day Jon showed me all the features, set my ford account up and answered all my dumb questions about things like electric e brakes. Would buy again
