Very good communication with service advisor. He called to let me know what was wrong and followed up with a completion time and quote. From dropping the truck off at night, quick response in the morning and good follow up information next day. Great customer service!

Purchased a 2025 Platinum Explorer using the Ford X-plan under the DAV. No hassles and great service. I had to drive 5 hours to pick it up as I was out of state and I got a late start due to snow in my area and Erik and the sales team stayed until after closing for me to arrive and fill out the remaining paperwork so I could drive the SUV home. Easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
