Waited 3 weeks for a 40k mile check up. Left it all day. After I got it I had to ask about the service. No one was willing to let me know about it. Found there was an item/service I specifically requested and it wasn’t done. When I asked why not I was told it wasn’t necessary. I paid for the full service but didn’t get it. Made me wonder what else they did not do. Next job I do I’m doing half and asking full price. Wonder how that’ll turn out!?

Great service for my F150. I had an interior power issue where they were able to determine the ground wire between the ceiling cover and metal roof had shorted out. Truly appreciate the exemplary customer care by service advisor Andrea Baumgardner keeping me updated as they were diagnosing the problem(s). As I have an extended warranty, Andrea also coordinated with them to cover the costs. Very pleased with the service and my customer experience at Washinton Ford.
We took out Ford Escape in for mirror replacement, oil change and inspection! We left the car The night before which was very convenient and good a message the next morning asking if we'd like the oil changed via text. Few our later it was done. The service advisor was very communicative and things with very smooth!
My experience at Washington ford was amazing. My salesman C.J. Was very courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with ease and made my experience with buying my first new truck a great time. Highly recommended!!
