Was having an issue with my wiper fluid not working at all. Washington Ford was able to fix this during my first appt. Very happy with their concierge service as well. They dropped my car back off to me at work when it was ready! Fantastic customer service on their part! Will definitely recommend this crew and dealership to everyone!
Had a great experience here. Worked with Ryan and Bob in sales to purchase a 2025 Ford Maverick, and cannot recommend them enough. They were easy to work with, honest about their opinions on questions I asked, and overall were delightful and I would buy a vehicle again from both of them. Tracy in financing was also great to work with. If this dealership were closer to where I lived I would be taking my truck there for service because of how smooth the experience was. Cannot recommend them enough.
My husband & I just purchased a rather “different” used car from them. A Volkswagen R32 that wasn’t cheap. If you know, you know. CJ was amazing through the entire process. Custom ordered a Lariat F150. All good upon delivery. Washington Ford did a super job with the protective coating. Really nice. Also arranged the undercoating/rust proofing with a good company that did a nice job. All the people at Washington Ford were great. Ryan Smith is a good person with which to work if you're interested in buying a vehicle. This is my 3d vehicle at Washington Ford---and it's always been a great experience. This is a great dealership in my experience and opinion.
