Great service for my F150. I had an interior power issue where they were able to determine the ground wire between the ceiling cover and metal roof had shorted out. Truly appreciate the exemplary customer care by service advisor Andrea Baumgardner keeping me updated as they were diagnosing the problem(s). As I have an extended warranty, Andrea also coordinated with them to cover the costs. Very pleased with the service and my customer experience at Washinton Ford.
Was having an issue with my wiper fluid not working at all. Washington Ford was able to fix this during my first appt. Very happy with their concierge service as well. They dropped my car back off to me at work when it was ready! Fantastic customer service on their part! Will definitely recommend this crew and dealership to everyone!
I had a really great experience getting a new car at Washington Ford. The price on my trade was very fair and the experience buying a new car literally took an hour. Quickest deal I’ve ever had. Cullen in sales is a real car guy and knows his stuff. He was realistic and helped me get a good deal! Tracy in finance was also great!
We took out Ford Escape in for mirror replacement, oil change and inspection! We left the car The night before which was very convenient and good a message the next morning asking if we'd like the oil changed via text. Few our later it was done. The service advisor was very communicative and things with very smooth!
