Friendly greeting . Concerns were answered and noted. Service at the appointment time. I had additional problems with the computer, getting the GPS to work. One on one time with salesman.... very patient. I always have great treatment, not pushy be it in sales or service. We have been doing business here for over 10 years. It's only gotten better with the Sam Wampler team.

Came in for a diesel oil change and was greeted very welcomely by the service writer Jeff Allen and then the GM was kind enough to say hello. The shop was clean and the service was quick. Compared to other places when they schedule you for a time thats when they started. Not like you schedule for 9 and might get it by 2 lol. I was very happy with the service.

Thank you Shane for reaching out to me. After I had a busy couple weeks where I was unable to go anywhere and test drive, he texted me personally and let me know the dream truck I wanted was still available to come test drive and eventually buy. And also thanks Joe for your help day of purchase. Highlight of it all was not just coming away with a perfect truck but getting to talk to Matt about Cardinals baseball.
