The best auto shop ever! They responded really fast and was taking great responsibilities. Everyone was super friendly. The owner explained to me everything that I needed to know. Not like I want to have another accident, but I will definitely go back to this place if I ever need anything.

The absolute best auto shop! I had a minor ding in my car and they took it in on Saturday and it was completed on Monday! So efficient. They do gorgeous repairs... my car looks brand new! Also, they are very helpful and kind. Very upfront with their prices, no shadiness, no extra up-charges or fees, and their pricing is incredibly reasonable. 10/10, 5 star business!!!!!

Reputation Auto is amazing! I previously had my car repainted here—the results were great, and they offered a warranty. Recently, I came back to have the coolant water pump replaced on my M4. The price was fair, and they finished the job quickly. Sean was extremely helpful throughout. This time, someone backed into my car near the passenger-side fender in a parking lot, and I was totally overwhelmed dealing with insurance for the first time. Great Customer Service with Room for Improvement I recently dealt with a hit-and-run incident, which was an incredibly stressful experience.
