I had a great experience at Mac Haik Ford DeSoto thanks to Jessica Cavazos. From the start, she listened to exactly what I was looking for and never tried to push me in a different direction. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. If you're shopping for a vehicle here, ask for Jessica, she'll make sure you leave happy. Christen Gomez was awesome in helping me purchase my new 2025 F150. I called him at 1030 am told him exactly what I wanted, by 11:45 he sent over a text with quote. Made an appointment for 530 and by 730 pm I was driving my new truck home. He was very professional and up front on everything.
