I had a great experience at Mac Haik Ford DeSoto thanks to Jessica Cavazos. From the start, she listened to exactly what I was looking for and never tried to push me in a different direction. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. If you're shopping for a vehicle here, ask for Jessica, she'll make sure you leave happy. I drove off in a 2025 Ram 1500 Longhorn and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!
