Absolutely great experience. We went knowing the car I wanted. Christopher came to greet us outside. He was respectful, didn’t push to involve himself, got the carfax for me when I asked, patiently allowed us to check the car out slowly and carefully. He was patient when I kept asking him to repeat directions on the test drive because I was multitasking trying out the features. Super end-of-year experience with the professionals at Truck City Ford.
