Do Not buy from this dealership or let them work on your vehicle. We purchased a used BMW for our daughter and immediately had multiple problems. The car was sold to us as having gone through a “multi point inspection” and being in great condition. They said this included oil and filters change. My 2018 Ecosport which I bought at Athens Ford, had the oil pump failure covered under the Ford recall. Car was towed to Lake Hartwell Ford. They promptly diagnosed it was covered under the Ford recall. They installed the replacement engine. I spoke with the service manager before repairs were started. At my suggestion, as the engine was being replaced we worked on replacing a few older parts that could be replaced with no labor cost. My car was returned and I have driven it for over 500 miles.
