It was almost impossible almost impossible to contact the service dept. After 10 attempts, I finally got someone to answer the phone. When someone finally answered the phone, I was put on hold for 45 minutes. I tried to call back on my house phone while my cellphone was still on hold. This time I got the parts department. Terrible service and Incompetent management. I brought my 14th-gen F-150 with a 10R80 transmission and under 32,000 miles to the dealership for a transmission fluid change. 5 miles after leaving, I started noticing rough shifting, slipping between gears, and smoke. I also saw fluid leaking underneath the truck. When I took it back, the service advisor told me their flush machine had overfilled the transmission and that the smoke and fluid were just excess coming out of the vent tube. My dad and step mom recently took her 206 ford f150 in for a leak. They told her that it need $4k worth of work and had a pin hole leak in the radiator. It don’t. The turbo has a leak. Don’t take your vehicle here for service. You’ll still have the same issue you brought it for and be out money on things you don’t need. $215 for a wrong diagnosis.

My experience has been subpar at best. I was quoted an 8:30-5:30 one day time frame and because I live over an hour away I had to make arrangements to drop off and pick up so that was hard to do, but still understandable. I know people get busy and can’t predict how much work comes in but they had scheduled quite a few recalls that day, which is what mine was.
