It was almost impossible almost impossible to contact the service dept. After 10 attempts, I finally got someone to answer the phone. When someone finally answered the phone, I was put on hold for 45 minutes. I tried to call back on my house phone while my cellphone was still on hold. This time I got the parts department. I explained that I was trying to see it I would be convenient to bring my vehicle in to be serviced. I live out of state and this is the nearest dealership to my home. It's an hours drive one way. Overall a great experience. I left a 3 star rating in 2 areas (on Kirkbrothers Ford site) because I do have follow ups from my purchase. So I cant give a higher score until those follow ups are complete. I do expect to update to all 5 star.

My dad and step mom recently took her 206 ford f150 in for a leak. They told her that it need $4k worth of work and had a pin hole leak in the radiator. It don’t. The turbo has a leak. Don’t take your vehicle here for service. You’ll still have the same issue you brought it for and be out money on things you don’t need. $215 for a wrong diagnosis.
