Kirk Auto is the Best! Called and talked to West @ 3:00pm on a Saturday and told him exactly what I wanted. Received a call back at 4:00pm telling me that they actually had what I was looking for on the lot. Test drove it and was out the door with my new ride by 6:00pm. They close at 5:00pm. West and the team stayed after hours to get the deal done! Great Customer Service !! Thank you!!

Everyone was amazing, friendly, not pushy. I’ve never bought a vehicle so quick usually it’s at least half a day. In less than 2 hrs I was on the road in my new ride.

All the salesman were excellent in helping me find my dream suv . I am more than pleased with my Enclave. I liked that while at the dealership they said morning prayer over the intercom before starting out their day. I was well pleased with Sal my salesman who found me exactly what I wanted, kept it in my budget range and I got all the features I asked for. Shout out to Sal at Kirk dealers in Grenada,ms.👍

I pulled in with a coolant leak while traveling. Brittany was able to get my vehicle in and get it inspected to find the problem. Once diagnosed they gave me an estimate. I authorized the repairs and was able to rent a vehicle from the next door Toyota dealership and continue my trip to work. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was able to pick up my vehicle on the way back home.

I bought my Bronco Sport from Kirk Auto 2 years ago with ease, that’s why with every recall (there has been several) I have driven the 1.5 hours back to Kirk to have them fixed. From scheduling, dropping off, to having fixed is always professional, fast and informed. Only thing I I didn’t like is they charge for using my credit card and the amount on my receipt didn’t reflect the total amount my card was ran for (my bill plus the charge).
