I cannot say enough good things about Kirk FORD in Grenada, especially with Evan Wood as a sales professional and Matt Jones as a finance manager. All the salesman were excellent in helping me find my dream suv . I am more than pleased with my Enclave. I liked that while at the dealership they said morning prayer over the intercom before starting out their day. I had to have a HVJB replaced in my mach-e. I called several places which all said at minimum it would be a week to just look at the car to confirm. I called Kirk auto service department and Brittany said they’d be able to look at it the same day. I dropped it off a few days later when I was able too and they did indeed confirm the issue the same day. The receptionist/manager was knowledgeable and very helpful. The appointment was easy to make and the proper tire was ordered and waiting on me when I arrived. The wait time was reasonable. I was very satisfied all together.
