I cannot say enough good things about Kirk FORD in Grenada, especially with Evan Wood as a sales professional and Matt Jones as a finance manager. I have been severely disappointed by several Ford dealerships in the Memphis N MS area and the lack of service and commitment to the customers. All the salesman were excellent in helping me find my dream suv . I am more than pleased with my Enclave. I liked that while at the dealership they said morning prayer over the intercom before starting out their day. I was well pleased with Sal my salesman who found me exactly what I wanted, kept it in my budget range and I got all the features I asked for. Shout out to Sal at Kirk dealers in Grenada,ms.👍

I had to have a HVJB replaced in my mach-e. I called several places which all said at minimum it would be a week to just look at the car to confirm. I called Kirk auto service department and Brittany said they’d be able to look at it the same day. I dropped it off a few days later when I was able too and they did indeed confirm the issue the same day. I was at Kirk Ford in Grenada,Ms. getting a recall software update on my 2024 Super Duty Tremor, I purchased from Kirk Grenada . I made the appointment, showed up early, and service person in the shop desk, greeted me and told me they would get right on it. Everyone was polite, and very courteous. It didn’t take long for the update to complete. I couldn’t ask for a better experience . My sales person Steve Woods is great also .
