Joey Alaniz was amazing, we went in thinking we wouldn’t walk out with anything. He reassured us that everything would work out, and also a plus he is a man of god and with strong faith. prior to the sale you folks could not have been more pleasant to deal with. then we got the car home and noticed that the black trim around the touch screen was all scratched up. at the service center to address the issue they told me to get with my sales person to rectify. service said they would also contact our sales person. The staff was very professional, courteous and fast. Even though my car is still new they took the time to inspect and check everything. Very pleased with this dealership.
My daughter needed a key for her tire nut, to replace her tire on her Nissan Versa. We tried every tire place in Kingsville and no one could do it. I called the service department at Hacienda Nissan an hour before they closed. Jeanette told me to come by and they would take the nut lock off the tire for me. Mind you the dealership we bought the car from used, told us they charge $20 to remove it, but the service guy was not there to do it.
