Service at Hacienda Nissan in Kingsville, Texas was GREAT. I called in and Mrs. Garcia transferred my call to Doug's desk. He scheduled my SUV for an oil change and tire rotation. He informed me about the oil change and tire rotation fee and the approximate wait time. He also informed me of the Nissan's shuttle service that could take me back to my home as company courtesy as well.
