Ford in Alice was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Frannie was especially empathetic and made us feel like family. She truly listened to our needs and wants, and helped us get into a beautiful Nissan Altima. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, Frannie is the person to see.
I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. Bert and Ed were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured at any point. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. Great Job!!! Very Polite and Professional!!! I will definitely recommend and return to Hacienda Ford in Alice for all my car buying needs. Everyone was very nice and professional but Freddie is the reason for me being there, great person and truly cares. Keep up the great work and Thank You for all you have done for me and my family.
Trey did a great job—very informative and professional. We had a couple of recalls on our vehicle, and they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. The best part was that they came to our house! Excellent service and very convenient.
I recently dropped off my SUV for service, and while the process had a few challenges, one service member truly went above and beyond to help me. Matt Olivo took the time to listen, made sure my concerns were addressed, and ensured everything was handled properly. His professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. I truly appreciate the extra effort Matt showed to make things right. Great customer service like that makes a big difference!
