I went to Galpin Mazda to look at some hybrid vehicles and was met by the friendliest sales person. His name was Matthew Giannattasio. As soon as I walked in he was approachable and warm and it’s nice to know that not all car sales people are just after a sale. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel pressured at all. I’m so glad I got his card. The car industry needs more people like him. Also I think it’s really cool this place has a restaurant.
Easy, quick car-lease experience! Juan was real and up-front and a standup person. It was very refreshing to walk into a big-spend feeling comfortable and having zero pressure. I recently bought a Mazda CX-3 from Rene and I am blown away by his service. Not only was he kind but he was upfront and honest through the whole experience (which is very refreshing) I didn’t have to guess or play games. He stayed late and even made sure I didn’t drive off with the wrong car (they washed a similar car with the wrong interior - everything worked out in the end). I originally came here in December to purchase a new Mazda. Manny Arias was my salesman. I echo the stellar feedback others gave here about him... he is such a patient and humble individual. A really refereshing change from the typical car sales experience. Everyone here is nice; this dealership is run very differently from typical dealerships.
