I recently bought a Mazda CX-3 from Rene and I am blown away by his service. Not only was he kind but he was upfront and honest through the whole experience (which is very refreshing) I didn’t have to guess or play games. I had a very unpleasant experience at this dealership. Because I urgently needed a car, I left work early and drove an hour just to see a CX-5 that had good specs and a reasonable price. This car was advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), so I initially felt reassured. When I arrived, the salesperson immediately took me outside for a test drive. I had a mazda cx-9, 2018. 2 things I hate about Galpin. 1. when I got my lease they ripped me off, I was stupid to take the price they gave me. I totaled that car and got another from a different mazda dealership. My model car has a huge issue with coolant leaking into the cylinder head, I did not know this until it happened to me. So much so Mazda offered it being fixed up to 120k miles. At a little over 118k miles I had a coolant leak. After a friend told me the issues about this model I asked them to check this. I bought my 2025 Mazda CX-50 Premium from Skyler here at Galpin Mazda a few months ago and had a great experience.
