I had a great experience with the Galpin brand, specifically Galpin Lotus. I was assisted by Justin who was professional, straight forward, and accommodating. When there was an unplanned delay with my deliver, Justin did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy including feeding us with lunch. Highly recommended. Ask for Justin for an easy transaction.

First off I was extremely impressed with the service and communication given by Galpin Lotus, specifically the service manage John Alavazo. Not only did he communicate on a daily basis on the progress on my car but the estimates which were very reasonably estimated came below actual price after everything was said and done they also pick me up from the train station which was an extra cherry on the top and cleaned my car.
