When I arrived to the dealership, we were just looking at a few models and Shawn approached us in a very welcoming manner. He listened to what we were looking for. He was very attentive to our needs and wants. The process of purchasing a vehicle there was effortless and pleasant.
Came in recently and purchased a new car. The members @ this site are wonderful. They were on it with the FAQs, the test drive was smooth. Shoutout to Shawn and C. Fields for taking care of me and my family while we was there. The process was clear and efficient. 10/10

I went into Future Ford with the intent of “just looking”. My salesperson Joe A (Tall Joe) was very knowledgeable of the various trucks I was looking at as well as the capabilities of the competition- of which I knew quite a bit myself being a gear head, so it was a good test of knowledge and trivia. The purchase experience was very laid back, I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure that normally goes along with buying a car. It was a great experience overall.
Purchased my 2nd vehicle from this dealership and they didn’t surpass the first experience. Sadly, this time it was the closing. Forgot to have me sign several documents, delayed the funding of the deal. Sales guy was great, no pressure, they did me right. I love the car. Got the new 2024 Mustang Mach EX4
