I had a great experience with the sales department at Future Ford of Roseville. I inquired about a bronco through their website and got a phone call literally within two minutes of submitting my request. I came in the next day for a test drive and decided I wanted to buy it. When I arrived to the dealership, we were just looking at a few models and Shawn approached us in a very welcoming manner. He listened to what we were looking for. He was very attentive to our needs and wants. The process of purchasing a vehicle there was effortless and pleasant.

I went into Future Ford with the intent of “just looking”. My salesperson Joe A (Tall Joe) was very knowledgeable of the various trucks I was looking at as well as the capabilities of the competition- of which I knew quite a bit myself being a gear head, so it was a good test of knowledge and trivia. The purchase experience was very laid back, I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure that normally goes along with buying a car. It was a great experience overall.
