I’ve been dealing with a lot of repair shops lately, and this is one of the few service departments that actually knows how to handle extended warranties and service contracts the right way. That process can be complicated, but the team here handled it smoothly and professionally. Lupe in the service department was extremely helpful and clearly knows what he’s doing. Great experience buying a new F150 here. Drove up from Colorado. They stayed open late to accommodate my arrival time. Easy, low pressure sales process. I brought my car in to be looked, Foss was the only shop that would look at it. Found out it would cost more to fix it than what is worth, and I was very underwater on it. Donna and Jose went above and beyond in helping me find a vehicle to replace it and the financing to cover it all. The people at Foss Ford are incredible, I will recommend them to any that ask.
