The Service From Dealer was Poor. Told me there is Engine oil was leaking and quoted 5K. But I refused to do and went to a local mechanic and he told there was no problem with the car and leak was created by overtourking the Oil Drain Plug. It was done with 150$. Stay Away from the place

I booked my service reservation thru the dealer website for some warranty issues I have with my car. The service manager was not as professional as I expected and did not show any interest of helping resolve the warranty issues I am having with my car. For example, my brakes are making a noise and it is loud enough for any one to hear it and he just said I don't hear anything.... I smiled and told him that he couldn't hear loud noise I knew he wasn't going to bother to check theother issues.

I am sure the service done was needed.However, it did not discover the engine light problem. Indications of possible causes were not investigated and problem located and corrected. I expect the engine light to come on again as a result.
