My service rep was great. It took two hours for an oil change which is long but they were busy. It took 30 minutes to bring me my car after they checked me out and said your car will ready in one minute.

I was passed off to multiple advisors. My paperwork was lost and had to wait 20 minutes just to close out. No apologies. Unprofessional.

The service team was frustrating to schedule with, and they seemed more interested in charging labor and service dollars than they were in helping Honda customers get value from their automobiles. Overall, it made for a negative experience that provided little value for a high price.

Arrived at 8 am, was told it would take 2 hours. Never heard from anyone, so at 1 pm my wife called. Was then told it should be finished in one hour. Nope, 3 1/4 hours later they called and said it was ready. Poor service and poor communication. Have bought many cars from yall. Worst experience ever.

I am very disappointed in EVH. I just purchased my truck in the summer and immediately upon receiving my vehicle I noticed the tire pressure light was illuminated. I asked the sales person to check on it and he said it was only low pressure so they inflated it. The light kept coming on over the next few months so when I went to get my first oil change I had them look at the tire. They said it had a nail and needed to be replaced but they refused acknowledge that it was their responsibility.
