Terrible customer service, overpriced diagnostic fees, unfriendly and slow support. Will not take my car there again.
Half the engine got replaced brand new car now sounds like a diesel vehicle no horse power that I'm paying for...almost 20,000 dollars vehicle lost value it had...I'm sad with my first brand new car experience
Went in for trim replacement on new vehicle. Damage found on purchase, part was ordered and service scheduled. Oil change included at purchase due to vehicle time at dealership. Showed up for scheduled service on 7/27. 90 minutes later, they had done the oil change, but didnt know how to remove the trim. We agreed to reschedule when they had someone in that knew how to do the trim, but they took 30 minutes to bring us our car. Said they were washing it, but the car was not washed. Took much longer than told. Expectations not met. Do not plan to use again.
They told me to come in early so I wouldnt have to wait as long. Arriving around 7:30am and waiting 2.5 hours (for a 1 hr job), I had to ask how much longer and they told me they didnt even start on it. Thats not good service.
The wait time was terrible. I had an appointment and I waited for 2.5 hours. I insisted that I speak to the service manager and I was informed that he/she is at lunch and will return only after one hour and if needed I can wait.
Service assistant was rude and condescending. Did not take care of a problem with my tire pressure light and tried to charge me for it.
Three hours to replace one original equipment tire. We were told to come and they would rush us through. People there for major repairs came and went, while we waited. Inexcusable.
Oil change and scheduled rear brake job took 4 1/2 hours and they didn't even have the rotors in stock to complete the job. Said they could get the parts at a nearby NAPA but it would take another hour. Paid and left with a job only half done. Not sure how you wouldn't have parts and even more so how it could take 4 1/2 hours to do this job.
