Was lied to and had to pay for additional expensive services after being given the false impression I needed them in order to keep my warranty.
I am having to take my car back in to get the exact same thing fixed one week later. Was told that it was my fault that my car was broken again. I would give 0 stars if possible
$300.00 for a 45000 mile service. Washer fluid completely empty . Did they even check the fluid levels? Car parked in finished line for a long time. Had to find service writer and pay outside. NEVER AGAIN!!!
It took them two weeks to fix a paint recall on the tail hatch. Paint is also chipping on the hood, but that wasn't covered under the recall.
Waited for hours - on an oil change and 3 tires. Service advisor was way off on the time estimate.
An oil change took 1hour and 30min unbelievable!!..
My car was returned to me with scuff marks that were not previously there.
Customer Service was alright. But they left air intake unplugged on my car to make it seem like it was something really wrong with my car. My car cut off several times before and after from me getting to my destination. Work. I was upset to find out the left certain things unplugged. Thats not how you make a customer experience pleasurable. I missed work to afraid that my car was leaking oil and it was not. Even the check engine light came on.Disappointed wil never take my car back to EdVoyles
Service was slow, they lost their master wheel lock key and couldn't do a tire rotation, "forgot" to wash the car, and must have changed some setting because my car now beeps when I open the door (it didn't previously)
