I was told my oil pan is leaking. I bought the oil pan from their very own shop after I was told the previous one was leaking despite not having any leaking issues till I started going to them for oil change. I have only some oil changes with them since changing the oil pan a few months ago, so...to be told its leaking again tells me one of their techs stripped the oil pan bolt. AGAIN. I will have to go back to them to have them rectify this.
Ed Voyles Honda needs a system where first come is first served. I arrived as the 4th car at 6:45 am and the service teams checked in all the cars except mine causing me to stay an additional 1.5 hours just to get an express oil change. Unacceptable! I will be much more vocal next time!
price is too high and you did a poor job
Shop Foreman was horrible. Service Advisor was great. I declined service due to Shop Foreman.
It took me two hours from my home to here but the technician did not find my car problem. It cannot start for many times and I had to jump start frequently. I felt so frustrated. What's worse, I asked my test report more than 5 times it also some "reason" to delay give this. Finally, I got it. Interestingly, 10days later, I went to another honda 4s store and they found my car problem just took 10 mintues. It is a good place to buy a car but not a good place for service.
1. The CR-V Manual states explicitly that "Your vehicle does not require oil additives. In fact, they may adversely affect the engine performance and durability." Yet it was recommended, at a cost of more than $20. I found that surprising and disturbing. 2. After I was told the car was ready for pick-up I had to wait another 20 minutes before it was delivered. 3. Oil change service is advertised at a fixed rate. Yet a $3 charge for "shop fees and supplies" was added. Shouldn't that be included?
I came in for an oil change & tire rotation. My oil was changed, but my tires were NOT rotated, even though I was charged for that service. Kia was my advisor. My car was not washed after the service, when it usually is. I will not be coming back except to get my refund! This is stealing money from customers.
Battery was deficient. Had it tested at another mechanics twice. It failed both times. Had to make two trips to Honda dealership to convince them what I already knew. In fact, asked them to test it in the drop off area so I could make sure the test was adequate. After a few minutes, the battery was found to be deficient. I dont understand.
I arrived around 3:40. Brody checked me in. After sitting for 90 minutes, I decided to call Brody. With no answer, I went to the service desk. No on could find my paperwork and Brody had left fie the day. Finally, I walked out and asked fir the service manager. When he investigated the situation, Brody did not give my paperwork to an assigned technician. Im very disappointed with the service I received.
