Their diagnosis of the noise I was hearing was not accurate. Had a very tire shop take a look and they said it was not what this dealer said. They did the maintenance and the noise is gone. Saved me about $1000.
Service adviser was rude. Didnt call me when my car was done or explain anything on my inspection. I was promised 1.5 hours and it took 5. This dealership is a joke.

They couldn't help me get my Android phone connected to car. Took 3 hours, and I drove off after four different service people tried to make it work. Very disappointed that nobody in Service knows about an Android phone.
I have never seen so many items on my bill until i got home and read the only thing they did not charge me for was using the bathroom
Took new CRV for Blind Spot Monitor Problem. Less than 4 days later car has the same problem. Now need to go back for third time to see if anyone there knows what is causing the problem. And when they can fix it. Had to cancel out of town Thanksgiving trip because I do not trust my brand new $32,000 plus car on the road.
Service Department forgot to recalibrate the The The tire pressure sensor, after tire rotation, was on blinking when got car back. Also the oil minder/life indicator had not been reset after the oil change. Minor issues but should be automatic after vehicle service.
When I got my invoice for oil change and tire rotation it was much higher than normal. I questioned the invoice with 3 people who said the price went up. Then I went to ask another service member and while I was asking him I was approached by another employee who said they charged me for a higher grade oil and it was a mistake.
There is no service done. I am not sure how this record comes in. Can you provide me more details?
