The service is good but NOBODY working at Honda was wearing a mask. A lot of the customers were. It's ridiculous that there wasn't anybody on the floor wearing one.

Almost 3 hours for an oil change even though theres a sign at the front entrance thats advertise express oil change

I dont like when I pay 250 for an oil change and the bill doesnt detail price for filters/ oil/ parts . No way for me to understand why I paid so much

Service was slow and unorganized . My car was ready for 20 minutes before the service advisor had asked me my name and apologized for the mix up after inquiring about my car sitting in the service lane. After i paid the cashier I had to wait and ask my service a if they could move a car in front of my car so that I could leave after a 2 hour oil change!!!

3.5 hours wait time with appointment. Vehicle still not fixed and will have to waste additional time to bring vehicle back.

I asked about a vibrating sound from my dash and was told I have squeaky wipers and can be replaced for $30.00. On the way home the vibrating sound was still present. Then then got the tires rotated balance and alighted, with in 24 hours tire pressure light came on and when checked had the correct air pressure. I am dissatisfied with the diagnosis and the work done

Very poor to no communication around timing of service. I was originally given an estimate of 1 hour. The service rep disappeared after our initial talk and no where to be found. 2.5 hours later after bugging a number of other employees I received my car and the rep was still MIA. Not a great experience during a work day.
