After having the car for 5 hours they told me they did not have the part in stock. More than a month later and I have not heard back from them.
Was disappointed that what I told the service representative was "misconstrued" or misunderstood and yet he kept insisting I said something different.
Jason Trahan was very condescending, and rather than admit his own shortcomings, he lied and tried to put the error on me. I still wish I had not financed my oil changes here. You all should invest in some anti-racist education. I watched another White man go to a White woman who hadn't even left her car. I stood outside of my car and heard 3 times that someone would be right with me. For the record, I am Black. Check my record, I've got nothing but bad customer service here. Make this longer
Even though had confirmed appointment, didnt get to servicing until much later...while we were waiting. When I scheduled appointment, I requested that the navigation system be upgraded pursuant to a written notice provided by the manufacturer. I was told it could be done within an hour or so while the oil was changed. After I got there, I was told, they couldnt do it at all, and that I should do it myself. I clearly indicated that this was not acceptable. Came back and admitted could do it.
Inspection report included no formal documentation of repairs recommended - many of which were marked up to thousands of dollars. Tire rotation wasn't completed as requested. Claimed wheel lock keys could not be found despite them being in the driver's seat door pocket. A phone call or attention to past maintenance could have prevented this delay. A service center that you are a regular customer of should look up your car's history and provide a recommended service versus asking you for it.
All I wanted was to reset tire pressure gage on dashboard. the car was taken back to maintenance - I waited 2 hours and finally talked to a manager who finally found my car with a screw in a tire - thus causing the gage to act up. every time I go to the service dept, I have to wait for a LONG time and they usually do procedures that I did not ask for.
Oil change takes too long (3 hours), staff unfriendly
I had a 11:30am appointment for just an oil change. I arrived at 11:15am. My truck was moved to a service bay where it sat until a Tech arrived at 12:45PM and changed the oil. I should have been in and out in 30 minutes or less. My complaint is that if you are going to have appointments--KEEP THEM, otherwise hire some people who understand customer service and can get your service department to run like a well oiled machine.
Quick, easy, but expensive. $97.00 for a oil change is excessive!
