Service is always great here, but be prepared to fight against additional charges that they add to your bill after the fact. The estimate will show one price and then "convenience fees" totaling 10-20% get added that you have to ask to have removed.
For the second time, the rotors have been turned in response to the steering wheel shimmy problem at high speed and for the second time, it did not work and still have the shimmy.

I scheduled an oil change and concern about low tire pressure in one tire, most likely due to a nail. I waited for 2 hrs to be told that I had a nail in my tire (right!) and another 1.5 hrs for oil/tire service. When the service was done, I waited and waited until I was told my car was 10th in line for the car wash. I asked to pull my car without the wash. Meanwhile my oil is leaking and down to 90% after 3 days. I booked the appointment in advance so it was disappointing to have poor service.
I did not get my vehicle serviced yet they claimed I did
This location normally provides excellent service. However, this visit was different. I went for a oil change & visor replacement. They took my car back and only performed the visor replacement and ailgnmnent. I had to send the car back and wait an additional hour for the oil change. I paid $100 for the alignment and turns out I didn't really need it. The guy should have told me this. I asked if my tires should be rotated and they could not give me a definite answer.
I brought car in for a 2nd time because oil is leaking. I was told this was a different oil leak and they would get that repaired while I wait. The oil continues to leak. I am frustrated. .
Charged for services not discussed. They should be required verbally to share details of what services are being performed before they have you sign the request sheet.
I hate Auto Nation Honda's service department -nasty personalities, so I came here. All I can say is I did not get a runaround at AN. Yes, they lied to me and overcharged me. But Ed Voyles wasted sooooooo much of my time and money, I would rather deal with AN! Wait, Marietta Toyota services Honda- problem solved. They have 5 star service and value their customers.
