Gave my requirements to Marcos (great salesman). Worked with him and Dan (great Finance Manager). Neither were pushy. They gave me a great price for my trade then worked an amazing deal on my new truck; all over a few phone calls and texted prior to getting to the dealership. I couldn't pass it up. Great place. Great experience.
Purchased a F-250 and my salesperson was Cam. We traded in our 2024 Tundra hybrid and I think the trade-in value was fair. Cam did a great job for us, even spent an hour or so going over the many things about the truck we had questions about. He was sincere, attentive, and very hard working.
Good dealership and customer service. Do not appreciate "mandatory add-ons" for vehicle purchase such as extra coatings and anti-theft items. However, they negotiated on the price of those items and did include a bed liner with the truck which was appreciated. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend Doggett if you're in the market for a Ford!
