Great customer service at Doggett Collision Center on Almeda. I originally chose this place because they work closely with the Mazda dealership down the street. I was helped by both Vadario (Derek) and Bianca on two separate occasions. They went above and beyond and I recommend them both. For one of my repairs, my insurance required me to get an estimate from another collision center down the street (Central Collision Center at Nissan), which overestimated the cost by about $3,000. I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever encountered, largely due to the behavior and lack of professionalism shown by William, the manager, and Derrick Vadario. From the start, my concerns were dismissed, communication was rude and unhelpful, and there was no effort to resolve the issues I raised. William failed to manage the situation appropriately, while Derrick’s attitude only added to the frustration, making the experience feel disrespectful and unnecessarily stressful. I'm absolutely thrilled to share that my sweet baby is back and looking as good as new! Emil Schunior went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was carefully taken care of, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was involved in an accident on August 28, 2024, and it wasn’t until November 1st that I finally got my car back from Russell & Smith after the accident. When I did, there was a persistent tapping noise coming from my brake pad, rotor, or somewhere else that they couldn't identify.
