Great customer service at Doggett Collision Center on Almeda. I originally chose this place because they work closely with the Mazda dealership down the street. I was helped by both Vadario (Derek) and Bianca on two separate occasions. They went above and beyond and I recommend them both. For one of my repairs, my insurance required me to get an estimate from another collision center down the street (Central Collision Center at Nissan), which overestimated the cost by about $3,000. I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever encountered, largely due to the behavior and lack of professionalism shown by William, the manager, and Derrick Vadario. From the start, my concerns were dismissed, communication was rude and unhelpful, and there was no effort to resolve the issues I raised. William failed to manage the situation appropriately, while Derrick’s attitude only added to the frustration, making the experience feel disrespectful and unnecessarily stressful. I'm absolutely thrilled to share that my sweet baby is back and looking as good as new! Emil Schunior went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was carefully taken care of, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. David and team did a great job at getting my truck repaired after it was side swiped - only took a week. They work with insurance claims and are great with customer service. Highly recommend.

I recently had my first car accident where another vehicle hit the rear passenger side of my car, causing a dent and damaging the wheels.
